11.30-13.30 – HIPS & ARMS mobility & flexibility
After 11 years of oriental dancing and 14 years of tribal fusion dancing, I have in my head many different techniques of hip’s & arms movements. I chose the most effective and fun for these class, and I want to coordinate hips & arms work together to make beautiful combos!

LEVEL: welcome for any level! Beginners will learn the basics, there will be variations for professionals, and for teachers – new authoring techniques.

WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR CLASS? Water & yoga mat

30 min break

14.00- 16.00 DUET. MOVEMENT IN UNISON.
ATS duets always looks very nice and if you try hard, you can make it real amazing! In this class we will learn how
to really see and feel our partner, all about leading and following and how to give clear cues. We will also study
duet variations of ATS movements of different levels, as well as interesting and fun duet combos.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FOR CLASS? Water & It is better to have a minimal basic vocabulary of ATS movements (Arabic, Egyptian, Pivot Bump, Shimmy)

OLGA MEOS (Kazakhstan)Teaching

Experience: 14 years.
Dancing experience: all life.
Director and creator of Tribal Pro. Dance Group (2009).

First teacher of new tribal fusion and American tribal style (ATS) in Astana, Kazakhstan (2008-2009).
Organizer of biggest Kazakhstan tribal festival “Tribal-KZ” during 10 years.

She studied and continues to study permanently from different famous teachers of tribal style, yoga and other, in Russia, Europe and USA. (Rachel Brice, Zoe Jakes, Kami Liddle, Amy Sigil, Tjarda Van Staratten, Sharon Kihara, Jill Parker, Suhaila Salimpur, Carolena Nericcio & FCBD teachers and other).
She proud to got Sister Studio status in January 2017 after General Skills and Teacher Training certification by Carolena Nericcio and Megha Gavin.

She created choreography for more than 20 international collaborations.
Her tribal fusion dance style is mix of bellydance and modern style. She tries to combine femininity and boldness, and gives her students confidence in their powers.
She is a teacher of teachers and brought up more than 17 instructors in Tribal Pro.

She is known for her creative approaches to choreography and her vibrant energy!
