★ The Roaring 20s / Flapper Girl Workshop ★

Kirjeldus: This workshop is for everyone who wants to bring out her inner Flapper Girl! We will start with a series of different excersises to warm up and strengthening the body. After that we’ll dive into one of the most thrilling dances that is significant for this era, The Charleston!
Once we’ve mastered these moves we will combine them into a full performance routine. At the end of the class you will be able to show off your new skills at any party!

Mis selga: Since this is going to be a real workout, i suggest you wear something comfortable but fitting so you can really see how all different moves work. Also think about your footwear. Something non slippery flat or just socks will be perfect. A small heel (if that makes you feel more relaxed) is also an option.

Kirjeldus: Arm dancework in a stage way – In this class I’ll teach you a little choreography using a stage, coordination and and technical dance moving. We’ll focuse on the arm work and how to express the mood of the dance in a theatrical way on a stage. We will also work on walking on heels on a staging way.

Mis selga: Wear what lets you move and makes you happy. Bring heels.
